Louisville's Murder Rate, An Election Deal, and Interview with Maria Sorolis
This week, Jazmin talked about Rep. Attica Scott's efforts to pass Breonna's Law in the state legislature, a major challenge to Mayor Greg Fischer's continued service in Louisville, and Louisville's potentially record setting murders. Robert talked about COVID-19 impact on the opening of both secondary and higher education, several Republican led legislative committee's attacking Gov. Beshear's COVID response, and the deal struck by Secretary of State Michael Adams and Governor Beshear on the general election.
Maria Sorolis joined us for an interview where she talked about running for reelection in her northeast Louisville district and her efforts to pass transparency and voting rights bills through the legislature.
